day 24 of my streak for "Log in and spin the SparkPoints wheel" earned 1/19/2015
For lunch dessert fresh mixed fruit with 1/2 serving of yogurt.
Zuchinni spaghetti, turkey meatballs and oil and vinegar salad for dinner.
Down 50 lbs 5 more to go.
For 192 calorie lunch the picture shows one but they were so good I ate them both. They are mushroom caps. I grilled the caps and did a mixture of 2 wedges of laughing cow garlic and herb cheese, 1 cup of spaghetti squash, 1 tbsp of Asiago cheese mixed well divide in 2 filling each cap and bake for 20 minutes. Delish and 1 cup of cantaloupe
I have blood work for my yearly physical coming up so keeping in balance breakfast with egg eaters spinach and 7 grain bread. With fruit and a dab of yogurt. Mmm
