My last semi successful attempt at losing weight i lost 30lbs and ran a 5k, proof i can do it!
I just have to remember to channel my inner Dory and just keep swimming! (or running...lol)
it takes a LOT of balloons to fill up an office... whew!!!

28 lbs down...a few more and ill be back to the above weight and can continue on to my next goal!
