Every 5 lbs lost I have decided to get myself a hardback poetry book
If I put in @ least 90% of the time I need to (monthly) studying then I'll get a specialty coffee...
If I stick w/my basic exercise program @ least 90% of the time per month I'll get art supplies
If I cook using one new recipe/month--made each week of that month I'll reward myself w/a PC game
I want to do 1,000 min./month for 3 months then add 100 min./month for 3 months, etc. up to 3000
Reward for Level 10 = Balance Disc [a lot harder than I thought it would be!]
