I lost 40 lbs!
I RAN a 5K! OMG!
So, I'm trying something new. I have always wanted to (and been unable to) hula hoop. So I bought a weighted one today. I heard that these were easier to learn on. So far, I am up to about 3 rotations, and am going to be bruised about the ankles. Very bruised. That thing hurts!
Was bad at dinner - had salad first, plenty of it! And then had fried chicken and garlic mash with pepper gravy. I took most of the potatoes home - will have them later with something else, and it was SOO yummy. Tomorrow is a new day.
