I'm in Florence! Had a lovely Arugula+Brie+Pears+Pine nuts salad at dinner. Updated my blog too.
All this walking up and down hills. I'm getting skinny legs!
Eek! 16 lbs to goal. I don't think I've been this small since college. My skin will catch up eventually, I hope.
Hiking this morning. 5.5 mi, 3 hrs, 670' vertical. One heck of a way to work up an appetite!
My legs have returned to normal! So now I get to work them out again. Here is a photo from the 10K last weekend.
Walked 4.3 miles today, out to the beach and Salt Pond Reserve.
