Breakfast, Special K sausage egg and cheese, with a cup of fruit mango, cantelope, blackberries, and raspberries.
Working in a fine dining Italian restaurant is rough when you're trying to eat healrhy, so I browned bagged it for my lunch today, tuna on fiber one multi grain, with another fruit cup (not pictured, half a serving of baked potato chips, because tuna and potato chips are like pb &j!), the hummus and crackers were my snack for the the end of the shift.
The cucumber, lemon, and lime one is perfect first thing in the morning.
Dinner: homemade lentil stew with sweet potato, kale, carrots, celery, onion, and a little turkey sausage, made with some of the turkey stock I made after thanksgiving.
Pre saturday night meal stuffed acorn squash with kale, white beans, onion, garlic, turkey sausage, bread crumbs and pinenuts. Hopefully I'll make it through the shift without feeling too hungry. Happy Saturday!
Was so sick last week, I barely cooked for myself, making up for it with egg muffins with mushrooms, broccoli and chicken apple sausage. Thank you pinterest!
