Doing good today ready to get home and relax.
Went to the farmers market in my neighborhood brought these lovely grapefruits..plus clocked in 20 mins on walking..enjoyed that
Worked up the nerve to go see a doctor its been a while..need to do this for yhe journey of getting healthy again
Family time went for a small road trips tosee some farms..saw some pretty plants and trees..saw some live tilapias..tried fresh pineapple juice its way better then the can stuff..brought some avocados..big one had fun learning new stuff.
Ahhh back to my routine yesterday at an all day meeting..manage to do some leg lifts while sitting and walked on my breaks..did 10 mins on bike then destress with meditation..today already did my walk before work and going to walk every hour 10 mins..happy wednesday you all
