Starting my second week of self improvement. My goal has been to keep a positive attitude & keep positive thoughts. No Negative self talk. It's been hard yet getting better each day
Restarting once again. Today is Day 2.
Small steps are steps in the right direction. Feeling good about my progress for this week.
Happy that my day is over. Lot's of things I need to think about in light of todays drama
Sometimes I just need to remind myself that change takes time. That mistakes happen. Each day is a new opportunity to start fresh.
Today I am a Warrior. Doing my best to deal with new diagnosis of Emphysema. They also found small nodules in my lungs. The fight is on
Today I move forward. Lot's of things that I have needed to digest, with the possibility of more on Tuesday. I'm am letting go of the fear & embrace the possibility of new beginnings & more changes.
Getting all my notes in order for tomorrows doctor appointments. Expect it to be a busy day, and hopefully get some answers to my new health issues.
