I wish I had started this years ago. Like they say, "Your never too old to look good."
I can honestly say I'm starting to feel comfortable in my own skin !!

My Goals:
I want to lose 15 lbs, get back to jogging regularly, eating healthy and practicing yoga.

Update: 8/26/08
Going to try again! Have gained back 13 lbs and not too happy about it.

My Program:
Will consist of healthy eating habits and exercise. I will once again enjoy my yoga practice because I really missed it. 30~45 minutes of cardio and strengh training.

Personal Information:
I live in Brockton, Mass. I am a property manager for the second leading self storage company in the world. I do love my job and enjoy getting up everyday to go. Most people are not as lucky. I have a 6 yr old English Mastiff named Chloe Belle.

Other Information:
Yoga has been one way that has made me feel great. I made it a way of life for me at one time and will again. I can tell you it has transformed me mentally and physically. I am a happier person because of my practice. I enjoy reading about the culture and practicing often. I recommend it to anyone wanting to find peace and happiness.

Hi sweetie!! Don't fret the 10 lbs, just get back on track and DO IT!!! Nothing is in your way.. go for it! Can you tell I've been watching The Biggest Loser?? ;) I'm now officially hooked to that show, this is my 2nd season of watching and I love it!
