I'm a Christian, 44 year old SAHM of 4, and I'm currently following a plan I've created combining the best of the Weigh Down diet, the No S diet, and many others. I'm using what works from all of them ... I call it "3 dishes"
- wait for your tummy to grumble, then you get 1 dish of food.
- 3 dishes a day max.
- heart & soul exercises daily (Optional but highly recommended. Heart is physical and soul is spiritual.)

My Goals:
I have so many goals: half way is a huge one for me. My ultimate goal is to break my food addiction. I want to heal from the inside.

My Program:
No S diet, weighdown diet, diet alternative, and many other plans combined... I call it 3 dishes. I started a team for that.

Heart and soul exercises 6 days a week.

I also enjoy Walking with Leslie Sansone DVD.

Personal Information:
I'm a busy Iowa mom, wife, daughter, friend and child of God. I'm a liscenced but not currently employed teacher. I love thrift shopping and antiquing, decorating, reading, cooking and baking (not good), walking, and fun old fashioned domestic hobbies like making soap and canning. I'm usually busy driving my kids around and watching their sporting events.

I was very inspired by your 3 dishes concept and was wondering how it was going? I'd like to find an approach similar to yours which combines no "s" dieting and weigh down.
