Hey there people and welcome to my FLABulous journey to lose weight and become healthier. I have a beautiful daughter that I want to be active with and around with for a very long time.

I used to be active and lively then slowly over the years I started to become a FAT, FLABBY, SCHLUB of a person.

Well I'm tired of being sick, depressed and basically a very unhappy person. I've decided to turn my life into a FLABulous Journey as I watch the FAT and pounds melt away ...

I want to be realistic about my weight loss journey and that's why I want to have small weight loss goals.

My first weight loss goal is to get down to 165 lbs.
I figure if i can lose 8 lbs...well for me that's a great start!

I want to eat healthier and start exercising.
