I'm trying to just eat as well as I can and smaller meals. Trying to reduce my heart burn. Feeling really big today and worn out. I know some days I have energy and others I feel drained. So on days I feel good I try to walk or do housework. But days like today I just do what I have to do. Very much looking forward to having my body back in less than 8 weeks.
I so miss Jillian's workouts her's were always my favorite kick butt ones. Make you feel strong when your done.
congrats on your weight loss. Your certainly back on track. Congrats!! I find it hard to believe that i only have 8 weeks left but then I look down and see this huge belly and go yeah its about time...lol. Then there's trying to put your shoes on or bend over....nearly impossible. lol But otherwise I do feel pretty good. I am able to walk and do what needs to be down around the house. So looking forward to getting to meet this little guy and drop this weight.
Hey!!! I am doing pretty well. I have been trying to keep moving and being active. The weight is creeping up on me but I only have 9 weeks left so I can't worry too much. So glad to hear from you!! I will be needing support and I've been trying to log on daily here to get back in the groove.
