    I want to work out 3-5 times a week. I want to work back into running I am walking right now. Calorie wise I want to track them and find a good balance. Babyfit recommends 2100-2490. I am going to aim on the lower side and see how it goes. Trying to get on spark more often.

    what is your total weight loss goal ? 40lbs is amazing!

    I have 25lbs to pre-pregnancy and then another 20 Id like to lose on top of that. Happy to be 140-145lbs
