    Congratulations!!! emoticon That is Awesome! I know what you mean about carbs, but I am just trying to eat balanced and within range. It takes a very strong person and lots of willpower to avoid them. Way to go! Keep up the great work! Sheesh at 3lbs a week you will be down to your goal weight in no time! emoticon

    Aw thanks! Do you think you will get one soon? They are running a special on the combo right now, just got to apexfitness.com I think it goes to the end of the month. It has made things a lot easier, thats for sure. I was even able to splurge a little and still had a deficit. I know you would definately excell. How is everything going? You do those heavy duty workouts (ones that would kill me) but give you a huge calorie burn. I hope to get to that level sometime soon. I know my endourance is starting to get higher. Hopefully all is well and you are right on track where you want to be after being sick. Take care & keep up the great work! emoticon

    Hiya! Well. If it's the scale you want to move, I would recomend INSANITY. If it's muscle you want to gain, I would say P90X.
    My knee is having a hard tiume with INSANITY though... I like the workouts, but I have found that I can do them day after day, every day. I can throw in one or two a week into my schedule...
    And, yeah. I'm not crazy about Shock Cardio either.
    Anyhow, I also like the INSANITY workouts in month 2 better. They are longer. Oh! And not to worry. INSANITY has PLENTY of push-ups and plyo for your upper and lower body. I don't think you will lose a lot of muscle. The only thing I don't care for in INSANITY is the ABS workout. It is tough enough, but it is really hard on my lower back.
    Anyhow...
    Keep me posted on what you decide to do.

    Oh fun fun lol. Don't let people like that get to you. They are put here on earth to keep us busy emoticon Keep up the good work with your diet...even hit or miss will have an impact.

    A long time ago, after going back and forth with someone about the rulebook, the guy next in line told me a quote...I like it so much I wrote it down because it makes me feel so much better when I have to deal with those types of people.
