My #1 goal is to get healthy. After my mother dying two years ago from colon cancer and my grandmother from heart disease, I can see that this could be my future if I don't lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. That starts today. #2 goal eat at least 35g of fiber a day.
Today I got off the couch, turned off the tv and actually exercised. I will make sure I drink my water for the day and I now buy foods rich in fiber.
I am 32 years old. I live in the Piedmont triad area of North Carolina. I am married and I have a 11 year old daughter and a 4 year old son. I moved here from Black Mountain, NC located in Buncombe county. I love the beautiful moutains of North Carolina.
