Hi, I'm Vicky. I am 24. I have been on sparkpeople for a very long time now and it seems I am one of those yo-yo dieters (which is horribly unhealthy).

However, my fitness has improved vastly and although I am back to my start weight again, I am far fitter and healthier.

Hi, I'm Vicky. I am 24. I have been on sparkpeople for a very long time now and it seems I am one of those yo-yo dieters (which is horribly unhealthy).

However, my fitness has improved vastly and although I am back to my start weight again, I am far fitter and healthier.

In July 2008 I ran my first 5K and in April 2009, I ran my first 10K. am currently training for a 20 mile cross-terrain race in March 2010.

My current goal is to get toned and fit for Christmas and to run 10miles by the new year (preferably involving a 10mile race). I would like to slim down too, but the fitness is most important to me.

My Program:
1200-1550 calories a day, high protein and fibre.

Karate-2 sessions a week

Swim-once a week

Run-3 times a week

Horse riding-every other week

Strength train: 3 times a week

Personal Information:
I am an assistant psychologist and work 9-5 during the week.

I do karate and am 2belts away from black.

My main vice is diet coke, but I am trying to give up

Other Information:
I love the outdoors, where you can be a big kid. I hope to somehow harness that energy to get myself fit.

When i get home tonight I will wave, I live and work in Exmouth just across the Estuary fromt e hose we look acroos to haldon hills. Well done on the diet coke thing, hopefully we will both reach our goals in the near future. Keep up the fitness training!

Hi Vicky, thanks for the comments on my photo's. I will be hopefully putting a new picture on my birthday next week.
I see your vice is diet coke, I am sure they put something in it to make it addictive emoticon . I have managed to stop drinking it since I have been on spark people and I am sure that has helped with the increased weight loss!
Good luck on your weight loss, I have yo yo'd as well over the last 12 years, i got down to 130lb's between 1997 and 1999 then went back to 220 lb's by 2003, then down to 158 in 2006 and then back up tp 220 lb's by start of 2009. I am now down to 152lb's so at my lowest since 2003. Still got about 18lb's to go to reach target!

YES! i am on an in-range and did-exercise streak. today will be day 4. and day 6 with no smokes. i can do this! it's all about making the right decisions. hope you're well- miss you!
