My Goals:
Eat a balanced diet and prepare healthy meals for my family. Train for half and full marathons when I can find the time.

Be a good example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids.

My Program:
I try to be healthy by following a regular exercise program and eating right, but sweets are definitely my weakness!

Personal Information:
I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist. I love helping people work towards their health and fitness goals!

Other Information:
I love running (particularly marathon training), and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.

I have four children, 3 girls and 1 boy. They are exhausting but amazing!!

When the holiday season gets hectic, take time to pamper yourself! From the tree trimming and decorating to stocking stuffing and Christmas treats---THINK HEALTHY!Stock up with fresh fruits and vegetables. Discover simple ways to make the season merry and bright! A spark friend sent this to me this month I sure needed to reread this today and get my self dusted off before I fall to fall down that dangerous Christmas trail of cookies. Hope this reminder helps someone else to as we journey to good health
