Thanks for responding to my racewalking question. Once I get the form down, I may try it because I can do it at home and not worry about embarrassment if I trip at the gym.

;o)

Hi Coach Tanya... I just read your blog on Racewalking and was wondering if you've ever tried it on a treadmill? Last year I had back surgery due to pain from my sciatic nerve, and my doc hasn't cleared me to run (yet) - but I do plenty of walking on my treadmill (among many other exercises at home and the gym).

I just wonder if it will feel like I'm going to get tripped up if I attempt it on the treadmill, or if it's more natural to how you're stepping on the equipment anyway?

Thanks for the great blogs and advice!
Reba

There web site seems to have recently been updated and lists it as: Chicken Caesar 970 with dressing so it is possible that the numbers you saw previously were only for the salad and did not include the dressing. My numbers were from last year and from the Eat This Not That listing for 2008. Nice to see they have brought the calories down at least a little.

I read your blog on the top ten worst salads. I'm confused, I've been eating the Quizznos Flat Bread Chicken Ceasar Salad for a while now because I thought I knew how many calories it was. In the Nutrition brochure offered in the store they list the salad at 690 calories, which is also what some other web sites list it at. Why do you think there is such a big difference between your number and the numbers from these other sources? What is your source?
