My Goals:
To actually feel good about myself again.I've dealt with three cancer diagnoses,gotten through them, and now it's time to work on the overall ME.
My Program:
I am doing behavior modification and am hopefully doing it slow enough and will maintain it for the rest of my life!
I started the program weighing 232 pounds and 14 months later, have been clocking in at 165.I am happy here and am now working to MAINTAIN what I have done.
As of July 2008, have started the SP group Caregiving gals: send me a spark mail if you are interested in joining!
