It's so ridiculous to think that one's religion has anything to do with the terrorism. The ppl who terrorize others are insane. I truly believe that they are unbalanced and when they suck others into their belief system, and there is so much violence involved in that belief system, it corrupts, it instills great fears and sometimes it can cause such trauma that the individual can not escape the madness. Here is a great article that I thought you might enjoy. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/24 /muslim-scholars-islamic-state_n_58780 38.html Thanks for the peace sign, baby. I'm all about peace
What a pretty page! Love those leaves. :-D Yes, men and ladders aren't a good combo. Men with a partner helping them work is a better idea, but when you have a man who is used to doing everything on his own... The thing is he took every precaution but one. He forgot to tie the ladder to the tree trunk.
Hey, PS. What I did to relax over the weekend, besides sleep in and avoid chores, was watch Laura - Gene Tierney and Dana Andrews. I think it's from 1944...? Big recommend! I imagine you've already seen it, but it's still great on a repeat viewing ~ (They don't have either a movie ticket or a popcorn thingie! Unbelievable.) 286 days ago
Heya, Happy Monday (oxymoron much?) ~ I did see Snowpiercer and thought it was pretty good. If you want to dive deep into one Korean sensibility, see Old Boy. If you're not a fan of over-the-top violence and self-torture, avoid it. Everything about that movie is pretty much the opposite of what I like, but it's weirdly affecting. Go figure. Of course, there's an American remake. Without having seen it, I would bet my next six paychecks the only thing they get right is the violence. Umami, I broke out the Fitbit and walked yesterday, first time in days and days. Okay, weeks. Thanks for the support vibe! Onward and upward ~
