Hello, some of you might remember me as TERRIJWALL224, I decided to start again from the very beginning for several reasons. When I tried to log in and pick up where I left off I found it very hard and discouraging since I had gained weight and ultimately thought that re-cultivating my spark self would have to start from the ground up. Track nutrition

fitness-
30 minutes cardio 3x per week
Strength train 30 minutes 2x per week.

8 glasses water per day

this is how I intend to start my program. As I lose I will increase or tweak the program as needed.

Hi! Hope you are happy, healthy, and wise. good grief. I write crazy like this when I am exhausted; i tend to get a little goofy...okay that's as good as an excuse as I have. Anyway i just wanted to say i hope things are going well & hopefully we can catch up more soon. I'm doing well sticking to my nutrition plan but my work schedule has been so hectic that I haven't made time for exercise or really sleep for that matter. sufficiently. or fun. got to change that this weekend. I hope you aren't working too much. take care. later.

Thanks for the SparkGoodie!! I hope you decide to continue w/the website. It's helped me before and it's helping now. It's not that I've adapted my diet as well as I need to, but tracking it daily helps me see where I am making bad choices. Heck, I KNOW when I'm making bad choices, but I do it anyway! LOL! I'm getting better. I just have to decide to forgo the regular Pepsi...but it's H-A-R-D for me! I HATE diet fountain pop....oh well....as I heard once...if you're more than 50 lbs overweight, you've been naughty for a long time! LOL! Guess so, and I guess it's time to correct that. I figure it's a lifestyle change so a few indiscretions are allowable. Will just make my road a little longer to haul! Have a great night. I'm just hoping I get to bed earlier than I have been...
