I'm gonna push myself and I'm GOING to make it happen FOR ME. If I put my mind to something, I will follow through. Right now, I am going to be selfish, self-loving, and hardcore. I'm not going to waste my energy on things that can't be changed...instead I will use those things as fuel for my workout. Ok, now the real information... I joined SparkPeople on 01-05-10, began my weight loss journey on 10-10-09. I started out here at 235. I am following my own workout routine and my own diet. I still get to indulge, but only in moderation and where I see fit. I am being like a parent to myself. Sounds funny but I know that I am stubborn and I will talk myself into that one last bite, one last piece, etc. So, I am slapping my hand if I indulge too much, pushing myself to do better, and learning more about healthy lifestyles, so this will stick. I want that life for me, I can see the light at the end of tunnel and how much happier I will be when I'm there. The only thing stopping me? NOTHING! I just have to get moving and do it! I started this site because I doubled in size, from a 9 to an 18. I always put it off to start another day, or another week. But I've done that for far too long. So right after my birthday, I decided, ya know what, 2011 is my year for change. So this is it Sparkies! My goal? To see that size 9 again, maybe lower if my body isn't comfortable there. With toning and everything maybe another size, but we will just take this one step at a time. I am changing the way I live my life, to be a healthier, happier, positive, stronger woman that has it all together. _____________________________________ MY STATS: STARTING WEIGHT: 235 STARTING SIZE (bottoms): 16/18 STARTING SIZE (tops): L/XL GOAL WEIGHT: 135ish GOAL SIZE (bottoms): 9 GOAL SIZE (tops): M
