Welcome to my page, this is where the magic happens! I am a mother of two who works in skilled trades construction. I have lost over 50 lbs since joining SP and am working towards a smaller loss of 20lbs to help define muscle, increase my speed and energy and get to the point of maintenance.

1) Eat healthier -- think twice about what I''m eating and be accountable for it!
2) Exercise more -- Increase jogging to every other day, incorporate weight training, strive for more minutes.

I got in a blog and a 30min walking interval thing on my treadmill. I fought my excuses and I won!!

Life seems to lean to heavy sometimes! But it is all about finding balance in the end, right? Cleaning while cooking, a quick 5 minutes to pick up the loose laundry or run away socks/shoes. I hope you find your new normal! I guess I am looking to do the same.

Thanks! glad you are feeling better as well. It sure is making its rounds almost everyone i know has had some illness this fall. As for my hair cut I just got the ends trimmed and lots of layers around my face!
