thank you for letting me know I am not alone in these websites being de-motivating from time to time. It is not just this one, it is my tumbler too and I need to re structure the content I look at and how much time I spend online. I use Spark and Tumbler as my down time but I am going to start reading instead. I am also going to get back on track with doing daily chores, proper bed/wake up time etc etc. I have so much more energy when I do that!

Spending hours looking at fitness pictures and such makes me have bad thoughts so I am going to limit the internet and move on to other more productive things! I've got a 12 week plan and when that is finished I will have a new 12 week plan! I just don't feel comfortable at the moment to post a lot of details because I feel like a failure when it doesn't last, even though I know it is all about finding what works for you and it might now always work but I am so off and on that I am hoping plan will help keep me going! I going to take my stats tomorrow but I am not sure yet if I am going to post but I will do updates... maybe weekly! Wish you and yours a healthy and happy 2014 and look forward to your updates on life as well!

I too do not always get notified when people post on my wall... silly glitches! The treadmill has been great. Been busy and sick this last week but over all I am getting more walking in with it than with out it and it is helping my cardio both my mother and I have noticed! We are ready, even though it never feels like enough! I love to give but financially can't as much as I would like. I am starting some new budgeting tricks starting my first pay of the year and putting aside money from every pay into a gift fund for birthdays and Christmas!

I think you've told me before but may I ask what you are going back to school for? Sounds like an exciting new adventure for you! Will you get to spend more time at home with the girls this way? Are you ready for Christmas? I bet the girls are excited! I hope the holidays are great for you! enjoy your time off!!
