You are welcome. It was going well, fell off the wagon last week but I am starting a new 12 week challenge today. I've written all about it and so far it is off to a good start!

Everything is going well! I just have have to remember that meal prep is important on this journey! Sometimes I get caught up in other things like oh doing nothing and forget!

Yes, I am super excited to make this year MINE! I am the only thing standing in my way! One of my favourite quotes is " your only limits are self imposed" not sure if I came up with it or if I saw it some where. oops! Hope you are excited about 2014 too!
