My goal for the year is to not have to take blood pressure medication.
In order to do that, I will:

1. Walk every day - even if it's just a quick walk around the block.
2. Cut salt out of my diet (yes, especially potato chips).
3. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
4. Manage my stress levels better.

I agree, it's usually easier when I'm busy at work, though it does mean carrying all my food with me. I see you are well on your way towards your goal--did you lose those 10kg with Dukan? emoticon
