This is my millionth time trying to lose weight. The difference is, it's actually working. I don't "crash diet", or try new fads anymore. I never permanently lost weigh that way. So, I'm trying a "new" strategy: Eating well, and exercising regularly. And the weight is coming off. Who'da thunk? :-D Goals and Rewards: I got this idea from another SP member. When I finish a goal, I will pick something from my rewards list. I tried to assign each goal a reward, but I'm too indecisive! :) goal weights- 150, 148, 145, 142 (I have more to lose than that, but this is good for now!) Rewards - massage, new running shoes, new dress, alter my older dresses, jewelry, new yoga towel
