I accept myself unconditionally right now.
That's my new morning mantra, even if I don't believe it every single day.

I am taking a page out of TIHAITIEN's book and posting my 2015 goals right here:

1. Graduate from graduate school
2. Find a new job
3. Complete at least one fitness challenge
4. Meet one new person a week
5. Go 24-hours without apologizing/saying sorry to anyone, including myself.
6. Complete one ...

I really need to update my pictures to show any recent progress I may have made... But I gained weight after those pics were taken and I'd like to get back to THAT point first. Haha

emoticon and thank you so much for your encouragement on the Done Girls Wonder Women Winter Challenge. It means a lot to me that others understand that a medical problem and meds can affect my weight each day and even fluctuate 3-5 pounds in the same day.
