Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!! However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
Thanks for the comment Mick, I have joined a team biggest loser challenge with a friend at work. So, I am enjoying the last few days of nutritional "freedoms." I weigh in tomorrow night Monday 1/3. Than for the next three months it will be strict diet and exercise. Want to win at least one month to get my money back, weigh ins are every four weeks. Ken 2028 days ago
Thanks Mick! How are you?! I've been fine and the family is fine. Had another baby boy in October, but I'm back now. Can't wait to get to my goals though lol. I'm so looking forward to maintenance it's not even funny lol.
Thanks for the friend add. First order of business is to get my cardio back on track. Next week I will add in a pretty strict nutrition plan to take off some of the easy weight. Then Cheat!! (just once for my b day). I was asked if I intend on doing my promotion test in Jan. for TKD and really want to be ready. If all goes as planned I will start P90X the first week of Jan. I want to get my cardio going better and get through the distractions of the Holidays so I can focus on that and my promotion testing. Now the down side....I am at my highest recorded or known weight EVER! It does discourage me just a little. But I am up for the adventure!
