I have five artificial joints, but love to work out, the higher intensity the better. I have three forms of arthritis destroying my body, but fight to keep moving every body part they damage. That is all that stands between me and a wheelchair. My favorite fitness classes are Boxercise, Step & Zumba! My trusty elliptical keeps me moving on the days I can't get out. Winters are long and hard here and even more challenging to keep moving.
I can only type with one finger so request you do not add me as friend as its all I can do to keep up with the great friends I already have!! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read this!

My Goals:
To stay as fit and healthy as my body will allow me.

My Program:
Getting at least 60 minutes daily of exercise. DVD's and the elliptical as well as fitness classes at the gym when I can make it.
Walking and hiking a lot! I don't drive, so I walk every where I want to go!

Hi Linda,
Thanks for your comment on my status. Not to worry. That's not my normal intake. The number surprised me but I recalculated and it stands. Had a protein shake for breakfast, 2 Greek yogurts for lunch, & Shrimp, linguini, and salad with chickpeas for dinner. I don't feel hungry yet.

Yes, the sleeping pill allows me to fall back asleep after coughing, which is progress. I didn't take one last night although I did take Nyquil and I slept well. The downside to the sleeping pill is that it gives me a wicked headache.

I'll try Nyquil again tonight and hope for a good sleep. I have my lung function test tomorrow so we'll see if it gives me any treatable reason for my cough.

Thanks for your comments on my Blog. If you haven't seen my Sister's Blog (MOMINE) about the 5K it is worth reading if only for seeing my Experience in the Ball Pit. I didn't write about it because I didn't "See" It & she tells it So Well, LOL!
