Happy Canada Day

Accurately tracking my food and fitness is what keeps me maintaining my weight loss. Thanks to Sparkpeople for getting me there!
Having RA since age 6.5, and years of hospital stays and surgeries (35 operations and counting) have kept me on a weight loss roller coaster my entire adult life. I have five artificial joints, but love to work out, the higher intensity the better. I have three forms of arthritis destroying my body, but fight against every body part they damage ...

That is all that stands between me and a wheelchair. My favorite fitness classes are Boxercise, Step & Zumba! My trusty elliptical keeps me moving on the days I can't get out. Winters are long and hard here and even more challenging to keep moving.

Current Status:
_LINDA 25/10/76 went to mediclinic to get both ears cleaned out, can hear again :P, meeting at club, lunch with brother & wife, sidewalk sale, walked/hiked 4 miles. Enjoy your evening!

My Goals:
To stay as fit and healthy as my body will allow me.

Getting at least 60 minutes daily of exercise. DVD's and the elliptical as well as fitness classes at the gym when I can make it.
Walking and hiking a lot! I don't drive, so I walk every where I want to go!

LOL! I have had an amazing amount of weeds this year! Mother Nature just keeps on giving and giving .... and giving :)
