Accurately tracking my food and fitness is what keeps me maintaining my weight loss. Thanks to Sparkpeople for getting me there!
Having RA since age 6.5, and years of hospital stays and surgeries (38 operations and counting) have kept me on a weight loss roller coaster my entire adult life. I have five artificial joints, but love to work out, the higher intensity the better. I have three forms of arthritis destroying my body, but fight to keep moving every body part they damage. That is all that stands between me and a wheelchair. My favorite fitness classes are Boxercise, Step & Zumba! My trusty elliptical keeps me moving on the days I can't get out. Winters are long and hard here and even more challenging to keep moving.
I remain on Sparkpeople to keep up with the great friends I have made!! They are my role models and supporters Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read this!

Thank you for reading my blog and your kind words! I never thought much about age either until I hit 55 or 60. And that's what made me want to be sure I could do all that I could do as I aged

But once you sync SP with Fitbit tracker, it is reflected on SP's nutrition tracker and it has worked for me for 5 years now. I don't follow fitbit's nutrition tracker at all, didn't want to start over with all the adding of the foods like i did with SP years ago and add as I go. Anyway, it is up to you, of course. You are such a powerhouse with all you do! emoticon emoticon

Thanks for your comments on my blog. I made better choices but still felt satisfied. I did eat more desserts because they were just too tempting but last year it was both alcohol & desserts plus huge breakfasts. Soooo... better! Thanks for all your support.
