Accurately tracking my food and fitness is what keeps me maintaining my weight loss. Thanks to Sparkpeople for getting me there!
Having RA since age 6.5, and years of hospital stays and surgeries (38 operations and counting) have kept me on a weight loss roller coaster my entire adult life. I have five artificial joints, but love to work out, the higher intensity the better. I have three forms of arthritis destroying my body, but fight to keep moving every body part they damage. That is all that stands between me and a wheelchair. My favorite fitness classes are Boxercise, Step & Zumba! My trusty elliptical keeps me moving on the days I can't get out. Winters are long and hard here and even more challenging to keep moving.
I remain on Sparkpeople to keep up with the great friends I have made!! They are my role models and supporters Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read this!

Thanks for your insight into the computer problem. My laptop is working much better after a week of rest! Probably coincidence. Although I had occasional issues, that cursor jumping around came up all of a sudden. My laptop is about 7 years old. The hinges have broken so that I can't close it and transport it. Also, some of the plastic has broken off the bottom. Perhaps I can work a new laptop into the budget soon. Thanks for your concern. Hope your mouse is behaving now!! Warmly, Marsha

Thanks for reading my blog, ,"the worldly belongings" LOL was a day pack, snack sunscreen hat rain poncho etc. we used "Camino ways" travel so they made the route, hotels and carted our suitcases to all the hotels, so it was easier than carry 2 weeks of clothing too.
We had a great time. emoticon

Sort of in the country. 10 minutes out of town. Close enough to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet.

You surprised me. I didn't think you would be afraid of a toad. I've always thought you seemed braver than me but I guess since I've had to dispose of mice, voles and chipmunks in the house when my husband wasn't around, I'm probably stronger than I think.
