That is all that stands between me and a wheelchair. My favorite fitness classes are Boxercise, Step & Zumba! My trusty elliptical keeps me moving on the days I can't get out. Winters are long and hard here and even more challenging to keep moving.

Current Status:
_LINDA got through 195 min of fitness (3 classes) warm weather back! Awful bridge game :-( Lots of pain, not much sleep, but still keeping on! Have a wonderful Wednesday all!

My Goals:
To stay as fit and healthy as my body will allow me.

Getting at least 60 minutes daily of exercise. DVD's and the elliptical as well as fitness classes at the gym when I can make it.
Walking and hiking a lot! I don't drive, so I walk every where I want to go!

Ya know, I hadn't had oatmeal for awhile and ate it this morning -- I think maybe for me the high protein in Greek yogourt or an egg white omelette is more satisfying in the morning!
