No Friend Adds Please
I have difficulty typing (use just two fingers) and keeping up with the Spark friends I already have. So please do not add me as a friend, I have all I can handle right now! I am very busy with a volunteer job and I need to keep up with my fitness, so have little spare time to be on the computer. Tracking my food and fitness comes first as that is what keeps me maintaining my weight loss.

My Goals:

My Program:
Getting at least 60 minutes daily of exercise. DVD's and the elliptical as well as fitness classes at the gym when I can make it. Walking and hiking a lot! I don't drive, so I walk every where I want to go!
Personal Information:
50, 5' 5" 126 lbs Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada Bridge Club manager RA since age 6 1/2 and now Osteoporosis. 5 joints replaced, and three foot surgeries with more to come. That is just life.
