This time I am not just wanting to lose weight and feel better about myself - I am changing my ways for good. I am keeping my workouts fresh so that I don't get bored, and I am letting myself eat my favorite foods in moderation. I am sticking to 1,500 calories a day and working out regularly. I can't wait to hit my goal - I've been there before and it felt so good! Now I am going to get there again and stay there forever!
