Halfway to 41

I'm now almost halfway to 41! So far the changes are coming and they are good. I'd love to reach my goal weight by my 41st birthday and lead a healthy lifestyle from then on. I've definitely found some excercise that I love and will hopefully stick to. Here's to the future!

Hi thanks for stopping by my journal. To answer your question about 1500 calories. That depends what equipment you used.
I get on treadmill at the speed of 4.0 or more that is about 90mins.
If running on treadmill is about 50 mins. emoticon emoticon

I started January 1/10. So August 1, it will be 7 months. I was 350 + pounds and I am now 234 pounds. emoticon
