My Goals:
My goals are to do my best each day. To exercise in some way every day. To log my calorie intake each day, good or bad. I want to concentrate on losing 5% at a time. Currently, my goal is to reach a loss of 100 pounds which is 7 pounds as I type this.


My Program:
Eat less, Move more... I just have to keep things simple. Don't run away, Don't hide. Be honest. I know I have to WORK FOR IT. Not wish or dream or imagine. It takes WORK.
