Lemon juice and ice water!!

I'm starting training for a 10 K run in late April of this year.
I've never done one before, and i've never really been that great of a runner, but i've set myself a schedule to run every night (or every other night if i really have to miss a night or two) and i will slowly increase the distance and the pace at which i am running.
I am doing this with a friend, who is a much better runner than i am, but i'm hoping to keep up with her!! * sigh *

As far as the weight loss goes, here's an outline that i am hoping to follow... however i have a feeling it will be difficult to loose this much weight, this fast without taking some drastic measures.

My Goals:
To get down to 135 lbs....
I've got far to go, but i've got my mind set on it!

My Program:
Exercising at least 30 minutes a day, gonig to the gym at least 3 days a week or going for a run before dinner, getting back into kickboxing 1 or 2 days a week, getting up from my desk and walking as much as possible!
I'm starting training for a 10K run that's in late April, and am hoping to loose some weight by then.
