HunnyBunny Wants To Be A SkinnyBunny
I'm a severely obese disabled wife and mom. And after having a real "ah ha moment" that I'm virtually just waiting to die, I have decided I don't want to be the next 5 o'clock news story where they have to cut the wall out of my home to drag my fat disgusting self out. I'm ready to make the change I have needed for so long, and not live this life of being one bacon double cheeseburger away from being a shut in. Im missing so much in my kids life, and my married life is suffering just as much. ...

My Goals:
Generally my goal is to lose weight, become more physically active, and to be generally happier in life!
Smaller goal are:
-Lose enough weight to to ride a bike
-Fit comfortably in a movie theater seat
-Be able to walk for 30 min. at a time
-To be able to help out more at home.
My Program:
Along with implementing Sparks fabulous Nutrition and Fitness Trackers to help monitor my calorie intake, taking a daily multi-vitamin, and slowly building an exercise plan, curtailed to my mobility/fitness level.
