Time To Revamp!

Hi, I'm Heather. A little over 2 years ago I weighed 255 lbs. That's on a 5'3 frame. Over the course of 2 and a half years I've shed 110 lbs through eating right and exercising. Hi, I'm Heather. A little over 2 years ago I weighed 255 lbs. That's on a 5'3 frame. Over the course of 2 and a half years I've shed 110 lbs through eating right and exercising. However, now that I am in a more socially acceptable weight range I am finding it increasingly hard to stay on track- also not making it any easier, is my body's increasing resistance to responding to anything I do. I came to Spark to hope to find the motivation to finish my weight loss goal. When I weighed 255, my original goal was 150. However I surpassed that and think it would be an awesome accomplishment to weigh 127 and be able to say I weigh exactly HALF of what I used to.
I've attached some before pictures - of me at 255lbs, before starting any weight loss regime. And I've posted recent pictures of me. And yes, I'm naturally a blonde - don't let the new, dark hair fool you! - When I dropped the weight, you could say I re-invented myself.

Congratulations on doing so well - I can't even imagine how amazing it must feel to lose that much weight, and how hard you must have worked doing it! At the moment I think our gaols are pretty much the same: I'm 140lbs, aiming to weigh 129lbs - do you fancy buddying up or anything like that?

You look good in that climbing gear btw - do you climb a lot? My boyfriend's family have just introduced to me to indoor climbing walls and I'm really looking forward to venturing outside this summer. What a work out!

Congrads on your weight loss!! I cant wait until I can say that I weigh half of what I used to. When I reach my goal, i will actually weigh 3 times less what i used to weigh.

Today, reading your story has inspired me to keep at it and has proven that people do lose the unhealthy life styles and weight every day.
