    Hi Dulcineias, sounds to me like you have a good variety workout plan with running and weight-lifting. Just ask the fitness staff at the gym for a machine orientation. The reps your doing 10-15 will provide for muscle tone and strengthening. Do weights that are light to medium for you. Once doing 3 sets of 10-15 reps is easy, then just move up 5-10 lbs and start the process over again. Mix your cardio up by doing running on the treadmill, use the elliptical and then cross train by doing some cardio/circuit training programs. I too, run long distance and lift weights, but am also doing Beachbody fitness programs like the 10 minute trainer and Shawn T's 25 minute circuit training to keep things fresh.
