Something I like to call 3-6-9 which draws from old school Weight watchers Quick Start exchange program. Looking at water and fiber more closely and limit time of eating...no good happens after dinner! lol

Thanks for the blog comment. I think I need to spend less time on my computer in the evening, they say that using electronics before bed is bad for your sleep. At night my body is tired but it seems that my mind is always going 1,000 miles per hour (or roughly 660 kilometers per hour for you). Perhaps I should spend my last hour before bed reading. Then again, reading sparks the imagination and that can keep your brain going... maybe I should just try Scotch!
