My goal is to change my lifestyle (5% at a time) and as a result change my life.
Something I like to call 3-6-9 which draws from old school Weight watchers Quick Start exchange program. Looking at water and fiber more closely and limit time of eating...no good happens after dinner! lol
Fresh start...new chapter
"You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is." Ellen Degeneres
That is brilliant - if we all got it in our heads that we have a "treatable" disease, maybe we would do so much better in losing weight. And you are right - that's what obesity is. I'm so glad you shared that with me b/c in my stupid moments of weakness, I'm going to recall that & try to keep it in the forefront of my mind.
And yes, since I've already decided we're sisters separated at birth, I may as well have come from Canada!!! LOVE me some hockey!!!!
Thanks for the blog comment. I think I need to spend less time on my computer in the evening, they say that using electronics before bed is bad for your sleep. At night my body is tired but it seems that my mind is always going 1,000 miles per hour (or roughly 660 kilometers per hour for you). Perhaps I should spend my last hour before bed reading. Then again, reading sparks the imagination and that can keep your brain going... maybe I should just try Scotch!
