Thanks for the comment on my blog post. I get the immediate and consistent thing, it's just so darn frustrating when you think you're doing the right things and you don't get the expected result. Not that I'm going to stuff myself with pizza and cheese cake this week to see if that works, I'll be doing just about what I did last week and hoping for a different outcome... sounds like insanity.
