Thanks for the blog comment. I try to keep my eye on the prize, but I somehow manage to still put the chips in my mouth! Some days I am just so hungry and find myself snacking, even when I don't want to. Need to boil up a bunch of eggs and when I feel the urge to snack eat a couple boiled eggs. Protein and fat and not much more. Maybe that will work. Just gotta scrape up some money and go buy a bunch of eggs!
