The pumpkin shake is just protein powder with 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 2 tbsp heavy cream and some cinnamon and stevia. That too was so filling that I cannot eat supper and that's a problem for me. 1576 days ago
