Back to the Beginning

Every little change you make will add up to a healthier lifestyle if you keep up on them.

I don't want to diet, or deny myself any of my favorite foods, but I still would like to lose the weight. I've given up pepsi to some extent, and have lost quite a bit that way.

Today is a new beginning. I have a computer at home now, and I'm ready to start back on my program. Although I won't be leading any teams for now I'm just focusing on my own ...

Today is a new beginning. I have a computer at home now, and I'm ready to start back on my program. Although I won't be leading any teams for now I'm just focusing on my own program I'll be continuing with my community membership, and be on the teams that I'm on. I have set new goals, and reset my goal page. I've also cleaned this page up a little bit, so I'm starting over again. My goals are to reach 130 pounds by August 31, 2010, and to walk alot more.

ZZYYGGY, a while ago you told me you use word paint on your computer. Is that a download? I Googled it and came up with a few but I prefer to go with what you have. I really like the results. Love your word art.
