My goal is to be the healthiest I have ever been in my life. I am going to be 165 lbs.

My Program:
Eating is going to be very healthy. Exercise at least 4 times per week. M, W, F work out at lunch. T & TH 6:00am exceller8 cross fit class!

I am 38 years old and currently live in Irvine, CA. I have a wonderful husband named Jamie & 3 children (Spencer 13 , Owen 10, Madison 7 years), and work full time.

how exciting about your run!!! that's awesome! my calfs and hips huuuurt today, lol its a little hard to get up the stairs, but that just means its working LOL i just loooove jillian, i soo wish i had her for a trainer, she'd kick my butt in gear and quick lol

I was just thinking about setting up a challenge with you. Sometimes, we do think alike! How about we do $20.00 for the person who looses the largest %. If you gain, you pay me $2.00 per pound. . . if I gain, I pay you $2.00 per pound! Are we starting next week? I'm sure I have gained since last week at Kendra's. How have you been doing? emoticon

Hi, It looks like your doing great, I however need to get my ass in gear. i have been sick for the last 2 weeks and although I haven't gained much I need to get back on track. Today is my first day tracking my calories and I plan on working out tonight.
