Starting Over.....One day at a time

After all these years of beating myself up, I am going to make myself focus on all that I am doing right vs. what I am doing wrong. When I have slips and I will, beating myself up makes things worse. Staying binge free and moving in the right direction daily, those are the things that I want to do.

My Goals:
Buy myself a new pair of jeans - even though I am not at my goal weight.

Lose 15 lbs. by May 30th.

Take things slow and easy and not have anxiety about weight loss.

My Program:
Started WW in August - had a difficult time over Christmas but am back on track.

Lose the extra weight and exercise at least 4x per week, weather permitting.

Other Information:
If you keep going down the same street and falling into the same hole, it's time to change streets!

How nice to see you! Thank you for your comment on my blog! Yes, I finally made it back to Europe (6 days late) - stupid volcano! So, thanks for the good wishes.

Good for you for continuing to track your calories and fitness. That is awesome. I don't wory so mch about my fitness, but need to start tracking my food again - especially after this trip! But I am doing well otherwise. Thanks. How are you? What have you been up to lately? I miss talking to you too and hope that life is good!

Hi Lisa, good to hear from you. Sometimes it's easier to keep it simple and just do the tracking. Glad you're sticking with it. I've been spot on for weeks now but the scale and I are not getting along. Funny this is, I don't care and stick with the plan.

Hi Lisa! :) Great to hear from you!!! I'm doing good, although not so good this week on my eating and such. I'm not really worrying about it this week. I have my 3 year old niece and 5 year old nephew for the week, and that's on the heels of my husband's uncle being here for 2 weeks. I've decided to take everything as it comes this week and just do what I can!

Glad to hear you are still doing well! I've definitely missed you...especially your blogs...you have such a fun sense of humor!!!
