This time I'm going to get it right!
Hi. My name is Kim and I am a former Weight Watcher. I lost 83 pounds on the program but have gained about 24 back over the past 5 years. Time to smarten up and get it off again. I love to walk but have gotten lazy. I also love to eat - therin lies the problem!!! I love to read, craft and bake.

My Goals:
I am currently 168 pounds and my goal is to reach 145. My short term "wish" is to see the number 159 on the scales, and then I'll move on from there. I am recommiting to walking no less then 2km per day - and up to 5km, depending on the weather.
My Program:
1. Drinking more water 2. Walking with my mp3 player 3. Stop eating/snacking while watching TV or reading! 4. Include a new SparkWorkout to my regimin each week.

I love any novels by Sue Grafton, Patricia Cromwell, and Nora Roberts, just to name a few. I enjoy watching Racheal Ray, Ellen, Survivor and The Amazing Race. I am a new card- maker and enjoy this craft alot. I also knit and crochet.
