I started this journey three years ago right before I got married. I have failed...miserably. I am back on track starting today. I need any and all motivation I can get. I have yet to figure out what it is that makes me the way that I am...so careless with my food, but I am starting a new journey to figure it out. I don't want to make this a diet, but a lifestyle change. I want to eat better and workout more...feel better all together! Any clues, recipes, etc are welcome!
