I have been carrying around this excess weight for way too long. It's time to let it go, and to feel comfortable in my body again. The weight contributed to my hypertension. My Goals:
1. Get off my blood pressure medication.

2. Complete 45 minutes everyday on my mini-trampoline (15 minutes three times a day).

3. Do weight training three times a week.

4. Track my food every day.

5. Track my exercise every day.

6. Core exercises three times a week.

My Program:
1. Drink hot lemon water every morning, followed by wheat grass and probiotics.

2. No alcohol or sugar for now.

Glad to see you made it back. I've been really hit and miss with Spark, so you may not see me around much. Although winter is coming - that might slow me down some!

I guess I saw your page on one of the Spark Teams. You sound a lot like me. I started months ago after a health scare and did well initially, but got discouraged and not doing exercise, etc. The weight loss is small and i threw my hands in the air. Now I have to face my doctor Monday and feel defeated. I had promised myself to have lost some notable weight at my follow-up. Tomorrow is another day! Good luck on your journey also.
