Treadmill running program
the hardest part of running on the treadmill is that i have to keep my mind off the thought that i'm running on the treadmill. i utilize my mp3 player to play my music to think about something other than running. i place a towel over the timer so that i can not see how much time i have run. i also close my eyes so that i can think that somebody is running with me. my goal is to run from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
