zora gets fit

by kicking her own ass into gear.

or at least that's the plan. After three kids, i am weighing in at a solid 40 lbs over where i want to be. Where i used to be when I was really active (running, walking, biking everywhere). These days i seem to spend a lot of time driving my offspring to school and activities. None of my clothes fit anymore and i hate to see myself in the mirror.

I believe you have one life to live and i am not making the most of it right now. i am ...

It's the last day of July ...a good time to reflect upon your goals for August! Things to consider may be...

How many fitness minutes do you want to try to achieve?
How many pounds would you reasonably like to lose?
What new activities would you like to try?
What has been working for you that you would like to continue?
What hasn't been working and should be changed?

Not everyone likes to set goals, but it is a valuable tool to use on this journey. Goals help to provide focus and a vision for what we want to accomplish. Even if we fail to meet our goals, the experience provides valuable feedback --- What went wrong? What behavior do we need to change to attain what we set out to do?

Take a few minutes ... challenge yourself with some goals for August!

... Looking forward to success in August! Keep on keepin' on!!

Happy Monday!! Another month is drawing to a close... I hope you are seeing progress on your journey...

Don't forget that the scale doesn't always tell the whole story. Have you measured yourself lately???

You may just be amazed at what you discover!
