My Goals:
My short term goal is to just weigh under 200lbs. My long term goal is to lose more then that but I don't know how much more yet.
My Program:
Right now I'm keeping it simple. Praying, Eating more fruits and veggies. To either walk for 30 mins, or stretch for 10mins 4 days a week.

Hello, My name is Zona I'm married to Les this Feb 14th it will be 9 years. We have three children 18 ds, 7 ds, 6 dd. I really want to live the type of life I want my children to grow up and live. Eating healthy and being active is part of what I want my children to emulate.
