Blooming Victories

I am 28 years old. I have been overweight my entire life but in the past 10 years it has ballooned to an amount I could never dream of. I want to get motivated and serious about my health. I have had a lot of downfalls in my life that, no doubt, contribute to my weight problems. I am a huge emotional eater. My goal, as of right now, is to reach 250lbs. I will work on more when I reach that goal. I don't want to make it too huge at the beginning for fear of it becoming too overwhelming. ...
